Hi, we’re Dani and Leah—We know what it’s like to be trapped in a pattern of over-performing & over-pleasing, at the expense of our own selves.

  

For years, Dani pushed herself to be the hyper-achiever, the fixer, the one who kept everyone else happy and everything together.  It cost her her sense of worth, agency, and voice.  She found her way out of that cycle. Now, as a nurse practitioenr, she now helps women reclaim the worthiness, confidence, and self-trust she once believed were out of reach.

Leah’s a board-certified health coach who’s lived the cycle of over-functioning and productivity herself—and now helps women rebuild with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.

We’ve both been there: saying yes when we should’ve said no, hustling for worth, looking capable on the outside but empty on the inside.  DROWNING IN SURVIVAL MODE.

You just need more discipline

Burnout isn’t a character flaw—it’s a survival state.  No amount of grit can override a nervous system on high alert or mitochondria stuck in conservation mode.  Real repair starts when your body feels safe—not shamed.

You just need to say NO.
