Collaborating
With counselors, clinicians, and leaders.
Together, we support women in relational burnout through trauma-aware, science-backed programs that strengthen and complement your care.
Curious how we work with clients?
Watch these short videos, where we explain the biology and behavior behind relational burnout—patterns of exhaustion rooted in stress physiology, nervous system overload, and the body’s survival adaptations. You’ll also see how our clinic combines education, coaching, and experiential retreats to support recovery.
Videos 1–6 are designed for clinicians and collaborators—nurse practitioners, physicians, therapists, health coaches, and workplace leaders. These videos explain how we support women facing chronic stress, burnout, and relational fatigue, and how we can partner with organizations to bring workshops on burnout, relational stress, and boundary-setting into the workplace.
Videos 7–9 are client-friendly and can be shared directly with patients or employees. They provide a simple and accessible introduction to our programs, helping women see themselves in the patterns we describe.
Unbound Course
Our signature program for women in relational burnout—often mislabeled simply as “stress” or “fatigue.” These clients are depleted, dysregulated, and ready to engage in meaningful healing with structure and support.
Co-created by a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, the Unbound Course is more than an educational program. It’s a structured repair system—grounded in stress physiology, nervous-system science, and trauma-aware relational practices—delivered in a practical, no-shame framework.
Best suited for women who are:
- Living with constant exhaustion unexplained by labs or imaging
- Experiencing anxiety, irritability, or sleep disruption tied to chronic stress
- Caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or overfunctioning
- Navigating thyroid changes, insulin resistance, PCOS, or perimenopausal transitions
- Struggling with stress-related symptoms unresponsive to conventional care
- Already engaged in therapy, but needing more tools, structure, and body-based support
This program is not a quick fix. It’s designed for women in the readiness stage—open to education, behavior change, and sustained healing.
HSA/FSA accepted. We do not bill insurance.
